Day One

So I made a great recipe for zucchini bread muffins. Super easy and 100% natural, with whole wheat flour. I’m sick of concentrating on no carbs, or no sugar, or no fruit, or no meat, or no whatever. It is inevitable that ONE day on the “diet” I am going to want a carb, or a spoon of sugar in my coffee, or a piece of a cantaloupe…and why not. None of those things are terrible in moderation. This recipe just concentrates on using good natural ingredients. I had two muffins for breakfast…and now on to tackle lunch. Here is the link for the recipe.
